- Can I schedule a specific call back time to talk with someone?
- Yes. Use our Contact page above or Click our SCHEDULE CALL BACK TIME button - include your name, phone number, date and time you would like to be called and we will handle the rest. Call back times are from 7am - 9pm EST, 7 days a week.
- How do I find the products you carry?
- Team Uniforms by Sport listed on our Home page show uniforms primarily from Augusta brands (Augusta, Holloway, High 5, Russell Atheltic, Pacific Headwear). Click on our Brand page above to search products by brand names. Call or use our Contact page for help locating other brands or products available.
- How do I get a price quote ? Use our Contact form above, call or send an email to customers @twenty-onesports.com. Include your organization name, address and contact info along with the SKU or description of the product(s) you need a price quote on. Include the color, quantity by size, and artwork requirements (logo, name, numbers, embroidery etc) Vector artwork files can be emailed to us in .pdf format. We will repond back with any open items needed to complete our quote.
- How do I place an order ?
- Reply back to our email containing our final price quote. In the body of your email, reply "THIS ORDER APPROVED FOR PROCESSING AS QUOTED" . Once we receive your email, we will contact you for your final confirmation, delivery requirements and deadlines. All orders must go through the final confirmation stage before being processed.
- How long does it take to receive my order ?
- Our goal is to process orders the day received. Non apparel items typically ship a day or two after we process your order. Our goal for decorated apparel is to have your order completed within two weeks (or sooner) and in your hands shortly thereafter. Variables beyond our control can delay these projected delivery time frames and the reason we discuss your delivery timelines before ordering to make sure we can meet your expectations.
- How are league or team orders packaged ?
- Our prefered method is to package each team in it's own poly mailer with an identification label on the exterior for ease of distribution. We do require team rosters with player names, sizes and number selections in order to package this way. Contact us if you prefer another packaging option and we will work to accomodate it.
- How should Team Rosters be sent?
- Team Rosters should be in excel format . Teams should have a unique identifier such as a number, name, age level or coach name. Rosters are to include player last name, number and size description for each garment ordered. Rosters can be emailed with final quote approval and required to start the processing of your order.
- Can I order a size run of the uniform I'm ordering if I want to fit each player for correct size before I place my final order ? Yes - Size runs must be returned to us within a certain time period otherwise you will be charged full retail price for them.
- Can Twenty-One Sports, LLC set up an online store for my league, school, recreation department or business for the products you sell to purchase online ?

- What should I do if I uncover an error on my order ?
- Orders are to be inspected within 3 days of delivery. We work with our customers to correct manufacturing defects and human errors when they occur. Contact us should this happen to your order.
- How do you ship orders ?
- USPS, FedEx, UPS, Freight and sometimes in person if local or not too far away. We like to meet our customers when we can.
- Can I return my order for a refund?
- Since our apparel product lines are speciality ordered and decorated, we do not accept order returns nor issue refunds.
- Do you accept and ship orders outside of the United States?
- We currently accept and ship orders within the United States.
